All of our products are made-to-order especially for you. Once you place an order, it enters our production queue.

- Standard Fulfillment: It takes 2–5 business days to print, quality-check, and pack your items before they are handed over to the shipping carrier.
- Fulfillment delays: During peak holiday seasons or high-volume periods, fulfillment may take up to 7 business days.

CANADIAN CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
Orders shipped to Canada are cross-border international fulfillments. Shipments may be subject to Canadian import taxes, provincial sales taxes (GST/PST), or customs clearance fees upon crossing the border. These statutory handling surcharges are levied directly by the Canada Border Services Agency and are the sole financial responsibility of the recipient.
