                                           RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because all items sold by Truth & Caliber are custom made-to-order specifically for you at the time of purchase, we enforce a strict final sale policy. 

• NO RETURNS FOR SIZING OR REMORSE
We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, color choices, or buyer’s remorse. Detailed sizing charts are provided on every product description page—please review them carefully prior to completing your purchase.

• 24-HOUR CANCELLATION WINDOW
Order cancellations or modifications must be requested strictly within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, your order enters our automated manufacturing queue and cannot be stopped, changed, or refunded.

• EXCEPTIONS FOR DAMAGES AND DEFECTS
If your item arrives genuinely damaged, misprinted, or defective due to a manufacturing or courier error, we want to make it right. Please inspect your package upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@truthandcaliber.com within 30 days of delivery. 

To process a replacement, your email must include:
1. Your original order number
2. Clear, unedited photographs displaying the exact defect or transit damage

Upon verification of the defect, we will coordinate a brand-new replacement item to be custom manufactured and shipped to you at no additional cost. Do not mail or return physical packages back to us unless explicitly instructed to do so in writing.
